Practical completion has been achieved for our semi-detached town houses. In contrast to our last update on the fit-out of this project in September 2013 the spaces has gotten colour and are furnished well thanks to Interior Designer Michael O'Mara.
The semi-ds have achieved a BER rating of A2 & A3 because of the careful attention of Architect Don O'Neill, AIA, MRIAI. A beautiful setting is created in the front courtyard with all its natural materials and with elegant cedar wood detailing for subtle screening between interior & exterior.
The same detail is picked up in the fence dividing the two properties instead of a heavy masonry wall.
