Inis Oírr - Practical Completion

As we arrived a warm glow from the setting sun filled the room, we had had a preview during the design process with a 3d model but nothing beats the real thing!
The next day everything was still shining.

Mikey O'Flaherty's wonderful stonework makes it the most relaxing terrace! 

Now our job is done and we leave the island.




Thank you to our Contractor Jim Hogan and his dedicated sons Mark and Colin and the rest of his team, Hilliard Tanner an excellent Engineer, Brigid Keane an excellent Client, and all the many islanders and mainlanders who helped us over the last 3  ½ years bring this project to completion. We wish Kevin Keane could have been here to see this day, his completed house on his home island. But in his absence we are thinking of him and hope that we have made him proud.

Town house Fit-Out

In collaboration with interior designer Michael O'Mara of MoMA i DESIGN

O'Neill Architecture are currently completing a town house fit-out.

Our contractor from Jones Property Services is closely monitoring the job.

Grant of Permission

Another clean Grant of Permission for the change of use at Wolfe Tone Terrace, Nenagh.

We wish Dr. Ying Yuan Zhang all the best with her Chinese Medical Centre in the new premises.
